The series of GT30i CNC Chuck Lathe uses the modular design concept, in this machine tool, the advanced and reliable numerial control system from GSK and LCD screen are adopted to realizc Chinese of English prompt full-screen editing.
The spindle is supported by high-accuracy rolling bearing; The frequency governor imported from abroad is used in the main drive system to realize stepless speed regulation and constant linear cutting functions; The bed is supersonic frequeney hardened, plastic coated guide ways are used for the carriage; and stepping motor of Acservo motor are used X and Z axis to realize feed movement via the ball screws.
This machine tool is characterized by high power, good igidity, large accuracy margin and serice life and it is an ideal equipment for machining medium and small precision and comples pats made in all kinds of material(especlally non-ferrous metals) and autometic large-lot production.
